For Max's second Halloween, he and his friends dressed up as The Super Friends. It was rather adorable. And being the ambitious mom that I am (and by ambitious mom I mean "mom who takes on way too many tasks at once), I made his costume. Surprisingly the cape was insanely simple and because I'm not much of a seamstress, it's completely sew-free. This would be a good project for older elementary aged kids or for a parent's craft.
