Happy Friday!

To go along with our introduction celebration of colors this week I suggest you check out HervĂ© Tullet's book  The Game of Red, Yellow, Blue. All of his books are truly magical, and will be featured for the next few Fridays. If you or your child hasn't been introduced to HervĂ© Tullet's work yet, I suggest you put down whatever it is you're doing right now and get to the bookstore/library! Go! Now! And have a happy weekend!!

Tape Collage

We're starting off another school year with projects focused on colors. This project goes beyond the basics of primary colors and into color coordination, design and planning. The goal is for the kids to make a colorful collage using some basic planning skills (remember, tape sticks where you put it!).
