I love the artwork in this adorable take on the old blind men and the elephant story. I actually loved it so much that after we read it in class, the children were invited to create their own animals from different patterned paper. Here is what they came up with...
I Feel A Foot!
materials:
patterned paper
scissors
glue
solid color paper
get to work:
1. Help your child cut out the various pieces of the animal they want to make. You might want to use a stencil for this part or you can free hand it.
2. Mix and match the various patterns to create your animal.
3. Glue the pieces to your paper.
