Happy Friday!



We spent last weekend up at Lake Tahoe (which was like summer camp in every way imaginable!) and on the way home stopped at this fruit stand with the most beautiful peaches. My husband is a sucker for peaches. So he bought a big box of them and we headed home. But once we got home the question of what to do with all those peaches came up. Fortunately he thinks quickly on his feet...

Peach Lassi

ingredients:
2 cups plain european style yogurt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (or cardamom)
2 tbs sugar
1 cup of ice cubes
4 peaches diced with skin removed

get to work:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until contents are smooth. Cover and chill in the fridge over night if desired.
