And by "wave of the future" I mean, something that's been around for quite some time, but I'm only really getting around to using it. If you haven't taken time to send your child a video from Santa yet, I suggest you get to work! We made Max one and he stared at the screen with a huge grin on his face, which made my heart melt. It's something nice to have in your pocket for when the kids are being naughty and that Elf on the Shelf isn't doing the trick.
The Portable North Pole site is my favorite site because it's easy to use, has great features that personalize each message (like photos!) and it doesn't ask you to create a log in name and password like other sites do, which can be incredibly annoying. Plus you can make hilarious videos for the adults in your life too, that are a little more grown up and a little more inappropriate.
