Holiday Bells

Do you by any chance have plastic Easter eggs lying around? We did, surprisingly enough, and found they make great holiday bells. They're quick and simple and make great ornaments or additions to you instrument box!


materials:

plastic Easter egg (or cut out one space in an egg carton)
string/pipe cleaner
puff paint
small bell


get to work:

1. Run the string through the bell.

2. Open the Easter egg.

3. With the bell in the middle of the string, run the string through the holes at the top of the Easter egg (or make two holes in the top of  your egg carton piece) and knot.

4. Decorate with puff paint and let dry.
