Are you dreaming of warmer weather yet? The forecast calls for rain this week and cooler weather. I'm thinking, we'll stay inside and pretend it's Summer, but with a Fall twist by making leaf leis (which also make great leaf crowns).
What do you think? How have you been keeping busy while staying warm?
materials:
faux leaves
hole punch
pasta noodles (like penne) or straws (cut into 1" pieces)
scissors
string
get to work:
1. Punch holes in each of the leaves.
2. Run the string through the leaves placing two spacers of either pasta or straw pieces in between.
3. Once you've reached your desired length tie it up and start celebrating.
The best photo I could get of Max this morning. If only two year olds could hold still!
