friendly fish

Colorful fish to brighten up your day!

materials:

scissors

construction paper

glue

hole punch

string

paper bag

get to work:

1. Begin by cutting the fish shape out of the paper bag and scale shapes from the construction paper. 

2. Starting at the back of the fish, begin gluing on the scales. (This way they overlay.)

3. Continue until finished and then decorate with eyes and a mouth however you'd like. 

4. Use the hole punch to make a hole in the fish's mouth (or at the top of the fish) so that you may hang it. I chose to make the hole at his mouth so that when he hangs he looks like he's on a fishing pole.
