Is your May insanely busy? I know ours is. I'm looking forward to a nice vacation at the end of this month and during that time, I'm going to try and squeeze in a few Mom's Craft Nights. Here's what I'm thinking for our next one...
materials:
acrylic paint
mini canvas (you can find these at the art store/Michaels)
scissors
scrap book paper
magnet
glue stick
hot glue gun
get to work:
1. Start by painting your canvas.
2. While canvas is drying, cut out your shape from the paper. (You might want to print out some silhouettes/shapes and use those as a template).
3. Use the paint to decorate your cut out.
4. Once canvas is dry, use the glue stick and glue the cut out to your canvas.
5. Flip over the canvas and using the hot glue gun, glue the magnet to the back of the canvas.
6. Eat, drink, have fun with it as you go!
